The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) was formed in 1972 to serve as an independent, non-profit certification body, to set and promote high standards and ethics; and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industry. Quality Restoration Vendor

The Quality Restoration Vendor standards are mandatory service standards that our customers can expect. As a Quality Restoration Vendor, we guarantee:

• We will answer your emergency call 24 hours a day 365 days a year and contact you (or your customer) within 60 minutes from receiving the initial call to schedule an appointment.
• We will begin emergency mitigation services, when required, within two to four hours from the initial call.
• We will provide a written report within 24 hours after receiving the initial call. We will keep you informed, as needed, on the progress of each claim.
• We will provide an estimate along with complete documentation and photos within five days of receiving the claim.
• We will demonstrate our professionalism by delivering our services on time, with ServiceMaster Clean identified vehicles, uniformed and well trained employees, and ServiceMaster Clean products and equipment.
• We will employ the utmost integrity in pricing and service. We will provide the customer with quality work and service while striving to control the cost of each job.
• We will do the work right the first time or do it over, no questions asked.

Consumers’ Choice Award

For ten consecutive years, ServiceMaster Clean of Ottawa has earned the Consumers’ Choice Award for Business Excellence. The Consumers’ Choice Award, known as the CCA, has recognized businesses held in the highest regard by consumers in major cities across North America.
